Orders
Place your order
An order is considered submitted for processing once checkout is completed and payment, or an available payment method, is confirmed. If the details are incorrect, support may check them before dispatch.
The price is shown in the chosen currency and may change before the order is confirmed.
A product may be unavailable at the moment of packing; in that case support will contact the customer.
The delivery terms are described on a separate page and depend on the country, address and carrier.
Exchange and return questions are covered separately, taking into account the restrictions for cosmetics.
