Carrier rates and currency may differ for UA, PL, RO and EU scenarios.
In brief
How delivery works
Once the order is placed, the system records the country, city, address or pick-up point. The available carrier is chosen on that basis and delivery is calculated.
- The order goes into processing once payment or the payment method is confirmed.
- You will receive order status by email or through the support channel once the integrations are connected.
- If the address is filled in incorrectly, support may check the details before dispatch.
Countries
Indicative terms by country
Below is the basic logic for the design layout. Real rates, SLAs and carrier APIs need to be confirmed before launch.
Payment
Available payment methods
At checkout you only see the methods available for the chosen country, currency and payment provider.
Visa and Mastercard as the basic online payment method.
Apple Pay and Google Pay for supported devices and countries.
Shown only where it is available for the carrier and the operating model.
UAH, RON, PLN or EUR must be consistent with the country, the payment system and accounting.
Timescales
Timescales and cost
The final delivery cost depends on the country, city, delivery method, order weight, the carrier's current rate and any promotional terms.
On an information page it is better to show guidelines and give the exact amount before confirmation, once the address and delivery method have been chosen.
Important
What to know before paying
Before confirming the order you should see the full amount, the currency, contact details, the address, the delivery method and the payment method.
